Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18
years or older. Employees of Cat Street Pty Ltd and their immediate
families are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The competition opens on Saturday, 23rd August
and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Monday, 25th August 2025. Entries received
after this time will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete this entry
form. By submitting an entry, participants agree to be added to the
Cat Street Pty Ltd mailing list. Participants can unsubscribe from the
mailing list at any time.
Prize: The prize is a Cat Street Bundle valued at AUD $279. The
prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Shipping: Shipping is free within Australia. If the winner
resides outside Australia, they will be responsible for any additional
shipping costs.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from
all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be
notified by email on Wednesday, 27th August, 2025.
Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to the
collection and use of their personal information by Cat Street Pty Ltd
for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing
purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information
will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Participants can request access to or correction of their personal
information at any time by contacting.
General Conditions: Cat Street Pty Ltd reserves the right to
cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without
notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military
disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law
or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as
possible by the promoter. Cat Street Pty Ltd is not responsible for
inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
connected with this competition.
Liability: Cat Street Pty Ltd is not responsible for any injury
or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or
resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in
connection with the competition. Cat Street Pty Ltd shall not be
liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained, except for any
